Role
- Full-time position at our office in Rathcoole, Dublin
- Initial 6-month contract with possible extension

Responsibilities
- Support in the administration of investments from application stage through maturity
- Assist in the processing of new investments, changes, annual statements, payments, encashments and maturity
- Maintaining manual and electronic records, scanning, indexing and issuing documentation across the investment lifecycle
- Liaising with investors, brokers and pension trustees as required
- Supporting in the delivery of administration projects as needed
- Administrative support and reporting to the Management team
Experience/Skills
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in financial services
- Experience or knowledge of the administration of self-administered pensions would be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written skills; fluent in English
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for the delivery of a quality service with a focus on continuous improvement
- Be flexible and responsive to changing business needs
- Work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Software and Applications
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills - Word, Excel at a minimum
- Experience of CRM systems would be beneficial
- Progress towards QFA is not mandatory but would be an advantage
