Ronan O’Grady

Ronan is a solicitor and chartered tax advisor with over 12 years’ legal and tax experience in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and renewable energy projects. Ronan advises Solar 21 on the legal aspects of all stages of our renewable project development including the securing of land rights and planning permission, the structuring of shareholder investments, project finance negotiation, procurement strategy, construction contracts (including EPC contracts), operation and maintenance contracts, and supply and offtake contracts. Ronan also manages our engagements with a panel of specialist law firms in the UK and Ireland. 

Ronan previously worked as a partner in the commercial department at O’Grady’s solicitors, a boutique commercial law firm, and as an associate in the energy and infrastructure department at Matheson, one of Ireland’s largest law firms.
