Neil, who is based in the UK, assists Andrew Bradley in managing our renewable energy development projects. Neil brings with him a wealth of experience gained primarily in the power and energy sectors over a 35-year career spread across Ireland, the UK, Canada and Europe. Neil is skilled in a wide range of areas including contract negotiations; contract management; project management; stakeholder management; project and contract risk management; asset support; due diligence studies; reporting; budgetary control; management and development of multi-disciplinary teams; procurement; contract administration; dispute resolution; contractual/legal matters; design, modification, change of use, construction or demolition of power stations and other industrial buildings; and change control. Most recently, Neil worked for Uniper Technologies as Lead Project Engineer for the biomass conversions of a number of power stations. Neil, who is from Sunderland, holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Lancashire University and an MSc in Construction Project Management from Sunderland University. Neil is a chartered civil engineer and chartered arbitrator.
